19 Ways to Boost Productivity

It’s just about that time of the day. You are at work, but are you working? Every now and again, we all fall victim to our lazier, distracted tendencies.   4. Take regular breaks- walk around the office, chat with your coworkers, take a step outside.
  5. Re-fill that water bottle again, and again. Stay hydrated, focused, and sharp.
  6. Fuel yourself with snacks that will energize you, not drain you.
  7. If digits and spreadsheets are consuming your mind, take a news reading break.
  8. Office lighting is key- not too dark, not oppressively bright, stick with natural light.
  9. Set small goals for yourself- “I will go to lunch after XXX assignment,” “I will take a break in 5 minutes,” etc.
